Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Doc - Bisanzio
The cherry is obtained from the white vinification of red grapes. Bright cherry red color, a pleasantly fruity bouquet, notes of "cerasa", dry, soft and harmonious flavor.
It goes very well with fish soups, pasta dishes, light roasts, cheeses and pizza. Serve at 10/12 ° C.
Vinification: The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, after a brief contact with the skins at a low temperature (cryo-maceration) becomes clear. In special steel tanks the clear must ferments at a controlled temperature.
Color: Cherry red.
Nose: Intense, with fruity aromas and hints of cherry, strawberry and violet flowers.
Taste: Balanced, harmonious and with good persistence.
