Red with a linear and essential touch, elegant on the nose, personal and harmonious to the taste.

Altitude of the vineyards: 432 meters above sea level

Exposure: the vineyards enjoy south-east and south-west exposure

Soil: clayey calcareous of medium texture, basically compact

Grapes: 100% Montepulciano

Harvest: 15-30 October, with manual harvesting

Fermentation: in 130-hl. stainless steel vats, with daily stirring at a controlled temperature for 15 days

Aging: in steel for 6 - 9 months; in bottle from 1 to 3 months
